If you request cancellation on or before July 20, 2024, you are eligible for a refund for this event. If you register on or after July 20, 2024, you have two business days from the registration date to cancel for a refund. Any request to cancel after July 20, 2024, and before September 3, 2024, is beyond the cancellation window is not eligible for a refund, but may qualify for an extension. Any refund issued will incur a 6% administrative fee.
If you request cancellation between July 21, 2024, and September 3, 2024, you are eligible for an extension which can be redeemed for a future event. Your extension must be used within one calendar year of the original date of order. Extension seat availability is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed; events must have “extension seats” available in order to register using an extension. Any request to cancel or reschedule that is received after September 3, 2024, is not eligible for an extension or refund and will result in forfeiture of funds.
