Effective for the Orthopreneurs RD Clinical & Practice Efficiency Meeting
September 16-18, 2027, at The Four Seasons Hotel washington, dc

By completing checkout, Sponsor agrees to the following terms with Orthopreneurs, LLC (“Organizer”).

1) Sponsorship Levels & Payment

Sponsorship options: $5,000 Exhibit Table or $10,000 Exhibit Table + 15-Minute Talk (stage time scheduled by Organizer; any recording is subject to approval).

Payment methods: pay instantly by credit card (Stripe) or choose Invoice (Net 30) to receive an invoice with W-9, ACH/wire, and a pay-online link.

Payment deadline: Payment in full is due no later than 30 days before the meeting.

No refunds / cancellations: All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Based on availability, Organizer may allow a rollover of your sponsorship to another RD meeting; this accommodation is not guaranteed and is not a refund.

2) What’s Included (Per Exhibit Table)

Presence & access: one 6′ skirted table + 2 chairs; 2 full-access sponsor badges (sessions + meals).

Visibility: logo on event page/on-site signage; sponsor loop; stage mention.

Utilities: one standard power outlet + basic Wi-Fi if provided by the venue.

Ops support: pre-event shipping guidance and on-site load-in help.
If you require dedicated power, wired internet, or AV, notify Organizer early so a quote can be provided.

3) Exhibit Space & Logistics

Exhibit placement is assigned by Organizer; specific location requests are considered but not guaranteed.

4) Use of Logos & Materials

Sponsor grants Organizer a limited license to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and marks in event marketing, signage, and communications.

Organizer will provide deadlines for submitting logos/artwork. Failure to meet deadlines may result in omission from certain marketing placements without refund.

5) Conduct & Compliance

Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, local regulations, and Organizer instructions.

Sponsor’s display must be professional and may not interfere with other exhibitors or event programming.

No unsanctioned parallel events may be hosted during official agenda hours.

6) Attendee Information (If Provided)

Any attendee information provided by Organizer (if any) is confidential and may be used only for direct communication with those attendees.

Sponsor agrees not to share, sell, or use the information for any other purpose.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of participation and exclusion from future events.
(Note: Attendee list is not guaranteed.)

7) Indemnification

Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organizer, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Sponsor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or violation of laws.

8) Limitation of Liability

Organizer’s total liability under this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the sponsorship fee actually paid by Sponsor. In no event shall Organizer be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

9) Force Majeure

If the Organizer is unable to hold the event or perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue unavailability), the Organizer will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the meeting and the Sponsor’s payment will automatically carry over to the rescheduled event. Refunds will only be issued if the event cannot reasonably be rescheduled.

10) Governing Law & Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11) Entire Agreement & Changes

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
