1. All Ticket Sales Are Final (Non-Refundable Prior to Event)
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable prior to the Event.
Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds shall be issued before the Event for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling conflicts • Travel complications or cancellations • Illness • Business or financial changes • Inability to attend
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your ticket is non-refundable prior to the Event.
Nothing in these Terms limits Orthopreneurs’ sole and absolute discretion to issue a refund after the Event has concluded.
Any such refund, if granted, is voluntary and does not create precedent or obligation.
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual subject to the following:
• Transfer must be requested in writing by the original purchaser • The full legal name and email of the new attendee must be provided • Requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the Event
Orthopreneurs reserves the right to approve, deny, or condition any transfer request at its sole discretion.
Only one transfer per ticket is permitted unless otherwise approved.
3. Exchanges, Credits & Rollovers (Discretionary)
Exchanges, credits toward other Orthopreneurs events, or rollovers to future events are not guaranteed.
Orthopreneurs may consider such requests on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.
Any approval may be subject to additional terms, administrative fees, pricing differences, or deadlines as determined by Orthopreneurs.
4. Event Modifications
Orthopreneurs reserves the right to modify:
• Event schedule • Speakers • Programming • Format • Venue • Dates, if necessary
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.
5. Force Majeure
Orthopreneurs shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, rescheduling, modification, or cancellation of the Event resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Acts of God • Natural disasters • Fire • Flood • Severe weather • Government orders or restrictions • Public health emergencies • Venue availability • Labor disputes • Travel disruptions • Power outages • War • Civil unrest • Any other unforeseeable or extraordinary event
In such circumstances, Orthopreneurs may, at its sole discretion:
• Reschedule the Event • Offer credit toward a future event • Modify the format of delivery
Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations.
6. Assumption of Risk
Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance at the Event, including travel-related risks and risks associated with participation in a live event environment.
Attendee agrees that Orthopreneurs shall not be responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Orthopreneurs’ total liability arising out of or related to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by the Attendee for the ticket.
Orthopreneurs shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages • Consequential damages • Lost profits • Business interruption • Emotional distress • Travel or lodging costs • Any incidental damages
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
8. Media Release
By attending the Event, Attendee grants Orthopreneurs the irrevocable right and permission to:
• Photograph • Record video • Capture audio • Livestream • Use likeness, name, image, voice, or statements
For promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed.
Attendee waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and releases Orthopreneurs from any claims arising from the use of such media.
If an Attendee does not wish to appear in recordings, they must notify Orthopreneurs in writing prior to the Event.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a ticket, Attendee agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in contradiction to these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback attempt, Orthopreneurs reserves the right to:
• Provide these Terms as evidence • Pursue recovery of disputed amounts • Recover reasonable administrative or legal costs associated with the dispute
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Orthopreneurs is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Agreement to Terms
By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
